Preparing for the civil services is a challenging task. During the long and arduous journey, a student may get demotivated, confused or face seemingly insurmountable challenges. At IAS Gurukul, our effort is not only to provide the students with a roadmap for effective learning but also to reassure them with continuous motivation and inspiration during their journey on the road to success. In this context the task of mentoring becomes important.
For mentoring the students, the Director of the institute and the support staff ensure that they are always available to address any doubts of the students and attempt to resolve any difficulties that the students are facing in their preparation. Students are encouraged to discuss their doubts, apprehensions and concerns, whether academic or non-academic in nature, with us. We are willing to go an extra mile to help students in whichever way possible- whether it is personal doubts clearing and guidance, one on one interaction or moral and material support.
IAS Gurukul students are also regularly mentored by legendary names of India’s top bureaucrats, educationists, public intellectuals, eminent citizens and seniormost jurists. They impart their knowledge and techniques to the members of the Gurukul and ensure that our efforts are on track to produce, year after year, successful candidates in the exam.
