Rajiv Agarwal IAS, Retd. Union Secretary, Govt.of India

Mr. Rajiv Agarwal is presently Vice- Chairman, Maharashtra Administrative Tribunal.

He has earlier worked as Union Secretary to Government of India.

Mr. Agarwal has also worked as Managing Director, National Cooperative Development Corporation.

He has worked in Union Ministry of Home Affairs in-charge of the North-Eastern Region and in the Department of Justice.

He has also served as CEO of Maharashtra Agro Industries Development Corporation.

Mr. Rajiv Agarwal is acutely aware of the pressures and demands on the civil services exam as well as job of an IAS officer, having himself gone through the UPSC selection process. Given his vast experience at the topmost bureaucratic positions in Central and state government ministries and departments, he is ideally suited to mentor future civil servants.
