Video Editor & Motion Graphics Designer
A creative media role focused on editing classroom lecture recordings and producing engaging video content for YouTube and social media channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Edit raw video recordings of classroom lectures, optimizing audio levels and removing interruptions or pauses.
- Extract high-impact clips, reels, shorts, and highlights from Pranay Sir's lectures for digital marketing campaigns.
- Design and overlay custom motion graphics, lower thirds, title cards, and animated call-to-actions (CTAs).
- Create animated diagrams and flowcharts to explain complex sociological concepts visually.
- Color grade classroom videos and optimize video resolution for smooth streaming on mobile devices.
- Design high-click-through-rate (CTR) video thumbnails and graphic banners using Photoshop or Illustrator.
- Maintain a clean, organized archive of all raw recordings, assets, and project files on local storage or cloud drives.
- Monitor video analytics (audience retention, drop-off rates) to adapt editing styles for better viewer retention.
Requirements
- 2+ years of professional video editing experience, preferably in the EdTech or coaching sector.
- Expertise in Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro (FCP), After Effects, Photoshop, and CapCut.
- Solid portfolio demonstrating skills in cuts, sound design, typography, and motion graphics.
- Strong understanding of social media video optimization rules (resolutions, file sizes, formats).
- Creative mind with a keen eye for design aesthetics and layout.
